MEY PANHA provides professional business services including data entry, web research, virtual assistant services, lead generation, and digital marketing. All services are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in individual service agreements.
Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the delivery of services. Clients are responsible for reviewing deliverables within the agreed-upon timeframe and providing timely feedback.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the service agreement.
MEY PANHA's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
